“Check-in was easy. My room was so spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to switch out my down pillows for hypoallergenic ones. The fireplace in the living room was a bonus. Parking was easy. It was super quiet. There was a full, well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I love this hotel! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, even late at night which is when I usually arrive. My daughter attends DSU and it is local to the school, so this I always my hotel choice in the area. The hotel is clean and the renovations have made it even nicer.”

“It was less expensive. Wasn't expecting it to be fancy but our stay wasn't with out drama. Checking was not smooth. Desk Clerk was confused due to too many things happening at the same time. She gave us the wrong stlye room. Then had to what in the car for them to clean another room for 20 mins. The one of the cleaning staff didn't show up for work. Then there wasn't any remote for our TV. They had no replacement, so we had no TV. When we checked out the Clerk didn't know if we had paid a……

“This hotel I would not recommend no one go there because of the condition of it. The bathroom shower head is corroded, floor is missed up and has a hose under the towels and the mattress of the bed is too old and soft like a sponge. The person at the front desk was nice and respected. This hotel need a major upgrade to get customers to come back otherwise if they don’t upgrade or either remodel the place they will lose it. Expedia needs to take this hotel off their website because it will make……

“The room was clean and spacious. Loved the size of the refrigerator and that the bathroom didn’t seem cluttered because towels and cloths had their own area.Room was easily warmed. There are restaurants nearby so there is a variety.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more of a continental style. Only thing that I could suggest is setting a maintenance schedule for the batteries in the room door locks. We had an issue with not being able to get in the room upon arrival but the staff was very helpful and apologetic. They also immediately moved us to another room when the room assigned smelled like someone had smoked in it. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating. Oh yeah, I recommend that automatic doors……

“When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139”

“I did not end up staying at this property. I made the reservation and, within about 10 minutes, requested a cancellation after seeing the location in person, but my request was denied. Upon arrival, I did not feel safe. The parking area appeared unsecured, and the overall environment raised concerns.
