“Rooms very unhygienic, shower holder snapped, no warning about the very thin walls that prevented sleep due to outside noise just coming straight through. Amenities listed were not all there also ‘free breakfast’ the restaurant wasn’t open in the morning for this. We had a very late check in and were given nothing or even an apology for the delay also states English speaking staff there was none”

“Checked in at 2am after a grueling day to find our room stinking of cigarettes with a single towel left between 2 rooms with 6 travelers. Staff was able to get us more, but couldn’t offer a clean room. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets.
