L’appartement est bien situé, en front de mer avec une jolie terrasse donnant sur la baie (même si les haies mériteraient d’être taillées pour profiter pleinement de la vue). En revanche, l’entretien laisse à désirer : volet roulant défectueux, pas d’alarme à incendie, canapé-lit très inconfortable, salle de bain vieillotte avec traces de rouille et d’usure, et une bouilloire hors service à l’arrivée. Dommage, car le potentiel est là.Mention spéciale à la conciergerie Welkeys, qui a été irréprochable et très réactive.
