查帕拉里貝拉斯德爾皮拉爾酒店住宿推介

「1/5, Do Not Book, Especially Through a Third Party This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The room smelled musty and dirty the entire time. Furniture, lamps, tables, closets, was old and outdated. Curtains were torn with missing hooks, so they wouldn't close. The sliding door was broken, and the screen door had holes, letting mosquitoes into the room. I was bitten multiple nights. The bathroom was worse: it smelled like sewage, had zero ventilation, and the exhaust fan didn't work....

「Con una vista preciosa y muy cerca del malecón. 👌」

「What was unique was the decor and the spooky feeling of no one else was around. It was raining and water was coming in from one of the bedroom windows and also from the ceiling down to the stove. I was told that someone was not around to unlock gates to exit the parking lot at 4am to catch a flight. I notified the fron desk a night before that we would be leaving at that hr. Eventually it was unlocked. Would not recommend. Online pics were deceiving.」

「Excellent location in Centro Ajijic, I stayed in a cute little room that had spacious bathroom and shower with hot water and hair dryer. An extra stand up fan was provided but I didn’t need it. Smart tv worked perfectly. Ceiling fan worked well. They accommodated my late Checkin around midnight which I appreciated. There is restaurant at front which is very good.」

「Muy bien decorada la habitación, limpia, cómoda. Los jardines bien atendidos, la alberca cómoda. Céntrico. Encantador lugar. No tiene estacionamiento, pero se envuentra espacios. El desayuno reconfortante」

「Beautiful grounds, if you have mobility issues it would be a great challenge, no carts to get things to your room due to layout of property. Man who was there when I checked in seemed to be the manager. He was rude. No carts to get my things up several bumpy ramps, he seemed annoyed I asked for help. Was there for 5 days, never saw him smile at me or anyone else. Lock on my room was broken the whole time but no one ever came to fix it. Other staff somewhat more friendly. Fabulous breakfast but...

「very good location, love it」

「Nice hotel, nice property… Close to the town center」

「We booked this property for a week during a national holiday. Other properties were already booked in the area and we were drawn to the property because of its location and beautiful lush gardens in the photos. Property is in need of repairs, cleaning and general maintenance both indoor and out. Low water pressure showers. Room was not clean and once we stripped the bed covers and sheets, there were multiple stains on the mattress covers. Tiny black ants? all over bathroom counter. Could not...
