"Our room was clean, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good, plenty of food and things were stocked and clean. I couldn't access the pool with my key card. The workout room was adequate, not super clean and the TV wouldn't come on."

"Hotel is completely unhelpful when the room was accidentally booked under the wrong name. Even though I could show proof that it’s my reservation, they refused to allow my employee to check in. They wouldn’t change the room over to his name said it was against policy and that I had to contact Expedia. Expedia told me I had to talk with the hotel because it was past check-in time and there was nothing they could do. So my options were to cancel my reservation and lose my money because it was past check in time for cancellation or drive an hour and a half round-trip to go check him in. No one at the hotel cared they just wanted to pass the buck to somebody else. I spent a small fortune on hotels every year. This occasionally happens. I’ve never had a hotel refuse to change the name on the room and in fact this hotel the weekend before change the name on the room. They refused to give me manager‘s contact information. They said they could take my information and the manager would get a hold of me. The manager has yet to get a hold of me six days later."

"Friendly, smiling staff. Fresh, hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate near the front desk. Fresh, hot breakfast in the mornings. Clean and comfy beds and rooms. Really good hot water pressure in the showers. Nice location. A lot of things within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was pretty low maintenance. On the website it said that breakfast would be from 6-11 and then we got there and they said it was only from 6-9. Our AC also smelled like cigarette smoke due to people smoking outside. Overall, we got what we paid for. "

"Everything about our stay was good. Everything was so clean and that is very important for people traveling. The staff was very professional and nice and the free breakfast was a nice touch. I highly recommend this location for anyone traveling through that area."

"I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water pipes were shaking so bad and making a shrill sound, like the pipes were going to burst behind the tile, I had to cut my shower short as it was at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and thought I would wake up the guests next to me. Not up to Hilton standards in my opinion. It will take a lot to have me stay there again!"
