Check the motor sports schedule next door when reserving here. Lots of motorcycle noise 6-10pm during our stay. Good clean room, elevator not functioning for second floor, good hot breakfast.

My favorite hotel in Ohio! Medina is centrally located between Akron and Cleveland. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have been to this hotel many times when traveling to visit my daughter. The breakfast is great and offers many choices- both hot and cold. There is always hot coffee or tea available. The property is very clean and the pool area is pristine and stocked with towels. The gym is also modern and easy to access and use. There is ample parking if you have your own vehicle or a rental car. Finally, I would definitely return again!!

The property was quiet and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I missed not having fresh fruit. Also, I was surprised by the surprise $20 a night security fee. They said it would be refunded about 5-10 business days after I leave. I understand that they have to insure that no damage was done to the room, but I wish I had known about the charge in advance.

The room was excellent however our room is only serviced with new towels twice during the week. Both times we had to go get them ourselves. Breakfast was OK, but whoever made the eggs evidently decided to put salt in them and they were terrible. Also, the Internet was probably the worst of any hotel that I’ve stayed in over the last several years.

Our check-in person was helpful. The next day, the front desk person was not very friendly and almost seemed inconvenienced by our request. The north stairwell is very dirty. We stayed three nights, and the stairwell was never vacuumed and was very dirty. The room, overall, was clean, but the shower needs some love. The bathroom floor had footprints on the tile when we checked in. The grounds around the hotel had trash, and sadly, this wasn't the norm from our past visits.
