“Hotel nel complesso molto bello,wifi da migliorare il servizio bar delle piscine dovrebbe essere esteso almeno fino alle ore 19 Personale gentile ma un po confusionario. Il giorno della partenza al mattino prestosi sono dimenticati di prepare i breakfast box”

“Di per sé la struttura non è male, ma l’opzione all inclusive è assolutamente da evitare! Durante il nostro soggiorno partecipavamo solo alla cena ed era veramente pessima! Al contrario la colazione era a livello di un 4 stelle. Peccato!”

“This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called……

“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier……

“We had a great stay here. Very calm area with a mini market nearby (walking distance) for anything you need like snacks or water. We rented a car which we would highly recommend doing, they have a parking lot for the hotel which is nice. The view from our room (we picked one with a sea view) was amazing. The restaurant was very convenient with friendly staff and good food. They also have a beach bar and of course a beach right under the hotel which was very nice. We used the lounge chairs at the……

“Situata in zona vasilikos, secondo molti una delle zone più belle di Zante, la struttura affaccia sul mare in una baia molto bella di sabbia e sassi. Lettini disponibili a pagamento, i teli mare non disponibili. Qualità colazione e cena molto buono per la cifra spesa, personale eccezionale tutto, dal direttore (sempre presente) al cuoco, al receptionman! (super) e al personale in generale che lavora in hotel. Unica pecca le camere con alcuni problemi probabilmente legati all'età della struttura……
