"The location was great. The location is close enough to all the adventures you want to do on your trip. The check in process was a bit odd and it was the only place we stayed that i was unsure if it was real or a scam. The place is real. Its listed on both VRBO and AirBNB, and for whatever reason the AirBNB has more reviews. Communication with the owner was ok. The place is in good shape and has everything you need to cook meals. The compound that the Condo is located in has an on-site grocery...

"Took 30 minutes to find the apartment. Having to pack everything in was unreal. No water on hand to drink. Bugs and mold everywhere. Doesn’t have a private pool. No easy access to the beach. Rented for 7 days. Stayed 1 day. No refund, the property wanted the money up front. Worst place to ever rent!"

"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."

"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"Ideal location as long as you have a vehicle. Beautiful views. Excellent accommodations and amenities. It was easy to communicate with the host, such as when the gate code was changed and when the BBQ propane ran out. They responded almost immediately. "A great, quiet location, close enough to everything we wanted to do, but far enough from the road that we didn’t hear anyone else. My kids loved the pools and swam every day.
