「This was a real treat and was like a mini vacation within our vacation. The location (quiet solitude, views, surrounded by the horses), all the comforts of home (to sit on a real couch again even lol) and being able to make our own meals and enjoy a private evening in the hot tub were just what I needed.」

「Staff are generally nice and friendly, there is a bar downstairs which serves good food, many locals came for dinner so is quite vibrant if you would like to mingle with people from different counties. However the room does not include duvet which means you either have to rent one (1100 isk) or bring your own sleeping bag. You will have to bring your luggage upstairs too.」

「We loved our stay. The room was bright and clean and we had a great view of the mountains in the back and of the farm animals. Elisabeth was a great host and the breakfast provided was so good. We enjoyed our chats with Elisabeth. I would highly recommend the guesthouse!」
