What truly made the experience stand out was the hotel team — every department was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Special mention to the staff at the pool, who were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely return in the future.」

「At a superficial level, this hotel is stunningly opulent with regular use of water features. I walk with the aid of a cane because of balance issues and the hotel offered too many risks of falling. As a result I didn't use the spa or plunge pool in my room. Staff were consistently brilliant. My room had 6 component and was spotless.」

「The property was delightful- so esthetically done up and with such thoughtful details. The staff was very courteous and helpful and always so good with any requests we made. The hospitality was so heartwarming- we were served hot tea and cookies when we arrived and were served lunch as soon as we were ready for it. The swimming pool was perfect for our 5-year old and he loved being in there. The breakfast was all home made and fresh with different items served each time- the yogurt, amlou, honey...

「Breakfast was only served from 8:30 am-10:30am, so I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast everyday, because my tours were booked and pick up time was 8 am. Rooms were clean although they were small, wifi was available. Close to Kasbah you can walk, but it’s not safe in the night if you’re alone.」
