“All was super excellent!! Clean room, delicious food amazing service, friendly staff above 5 star rating!!!”

“Where should I start All front office person thinks they are better class then customers never smile or greet customers once they see you coming pretend they are busy in computers and on my check out security person wants to know did we provide 5 star service, My answer was after 3 weeks staying I am moving to new hotel, He walk away and did not even bother to open door when I exit the hotel. Dirty carpet ,2 pieces of towel provided and some days one only. Water leaks When take shower it……

“Staff and clean and spacious room. Bushra at the reception was very welcoming, pleasant and attentive. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. I liked that the hotel is well located. Easy access by walk to market, ATMs, Foreign exchage place as well as a bus stop that brings you to the metro I would have given excellent had there to be proper kitchen amenities. I would suggest that there be at least enough crockery and cuttlery for 2 people. Since hot plate is provided on request then……

“Staff was excellent and checked us in early. Room was spacious. Bathroom needs a bit of work. Both me and my partner were effected by something in the air in our room. We both had a sore throat and weird nose feeling after sleeping during the night. ”

“The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was superb-huge, clean and quiet. I wish I had spent more time at the outdoor roof garden as it had comfy chairs and tables and amazing views. The breakfast was really varied and restaurants very good too. The hotel was also in an excellent location for airport and walking to the Souk Waqif, incredible museums, Corniche and hop on and hop off bus. ”
