Newly renovated studio apartment in Alachua, Gainesville area. Property backs up to 100 acre pasture with shopping and restaurants minutes away. Features Jacuzzi tub and nano kitchen including full-size refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven/coffee maker. 20 minutes to University of Florida and North Florida Springs!
Owner lives on site.

Utilities and WiFi are included. Dedicated parking is provided. The fantastic location allows guests to easily explore the city and all its attractions. Good, clean, tidy but cat smell

Nice and tidy room. A small kitchen area was the best part. And a big bathroom. We had a nice stay. There was no thermostat but we didn't really need it. The temperature wad good for us. The only thing was little inconvenient to us was the cat smell in the porch but room was still fine.
