"I enjoyed the whole experience. Pro's & Cons. Pros; The hotel food was really good. I really appreciate that for the 7 nights I stayed, there was different types of food available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to print out our boarding passes by the reception free of charge. My room was cleaned everyday and the cleaner reminded me to change the sign on my door if it needed cleaning, as I was quite forgetfull. I wish I saw the lady who cleaned my room the day I...

"It's a lot of cats,im allergic on cats big time..they was every where, in restaurants, in bars,in pool and on the beach..i have breakdowns on my skin so bad,i was bleeding. And when i talk with manager about- they don't care..my vacation was distroyed."

"Royalisa is a very nice hotel in a great location. Beach and Alanium mall are within a walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks are all included all day long in the main restaurant or in the beautiful gardens. Nice swimming pool with water slides for kids, aqua gym and different activities... Friendly staff especially Cenah who helped us a lot in all what we needed. Will definitely come back ! Thank you"

"Ingredients in the breakfast were excellent. Wish they could include potato fries in the breakfast every day. Presentation of tea and coffee could be improved. Wish they could do filter coffee instead of Nescafe powder coffee for breakfast."
