“I liked the rooms are suites with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The kitchen could have a few more items (like wine glasses, paper towels, etc.) to make more useful”

“The rooms were very nice The beds were very nice The mini kitchen was nice I didn't use the workout area but will when I go back”

“The check-in process was confusing as apparently my assigned room was given to another guest. It took a staff of four to figure out what happened but they more than made it up by upgrading to a room with water views.”

“The facility is new. The staff was unprepared. The room was wrong (1 bed vs 2)! So someone had to sleep on sofa bed. The staff just said 'Oh well this is all we have left tonight.' The only thing good about this place is the location to the airport. if that is all you are looking for then this place probably works but you will NOT have any other good feelings from staying in this location and we were not the only group that you could hear complaining in the lobby!”

“Located close to the airport and the staff agreed to hold our luggage while we waited to board our cruise. The breakfast was very good.”
