Great location to explore Alassio

Apartment is very close to the beach with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Francesco gave us lots of information for Alassio and towns in the area which was very useful

Erholsame Zeit in guter Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Es gibt derzeit noch einen sehr kleinen Lift (Wohnung ist im 5. Stock - perfekt zum Pizza abtrainieren), der wird wohl aber Anfang nächsten Jahres durch einen neuen ersetzt. Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen vorhanden, was gut ist bei nächtlichen Temperaturen um 25 Grad. Von der Lage her ist die Wohnung nahe dem Meer und der Vermieter erklärt einem gleich, wo man parken, essen, baden und einkaufen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Vi gillade särskilt terassen med utsikt över bergen, läget nära stranden och storleken på lägenheten. Francesco är en väldigt trevlig värd som hämtade och lämnade vårt bagage från och till tågstationen och gav många bra tips på saker att göra!

All'arrivo non erano state fatte le pulizie, superato il problema, Francesco ha risposto alle nostre richieste in maniera veloce, e si mostrato molto collaborativo. L'appartamento aveva un bel terrazzo, e si trova a pochi passi dal mare, e dal budello di Alassio

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir durften Mittag nach Ankunft sofort einziehen und alles wurde sorgfältig erklärt. Im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus gibt es reservierte Plätze. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und vor allem die riesige Terrasse richtig toll! Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Uns hat es gut gefallen, Wohnung entsprach den Vorstellungen. Francesco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Einweisung war gut und auch die Tipps von Francesco waren prima, wie z. B. der Hundestrand Bababeach.

L'appartamento è spazioso e con un bel terrazzo in un posto di Alassio molto comodo perché vicino al mare e ai negozi. Adatto alle famiglie con bambini ma anche persone anziane.

Appartamento pulito spazioso e confortevole, molto accessoriato. Vicino al mare ,posizione tranquilla, unico neo non ho avuto il parcheggio ,ma il signor Francesco ci è venuto incontro aiutandoci a risolvere il problema. Ci siamo trovate molto bene e lo consiglerei vivamente.

Il Top nel centro di Alassio a due passi dal mare!

Proprietà fedele alla descrizione, posizione invidiabile comoda ad ogni necessità. Il sig. Francesco è una persona deliziosa, estremamente gentile ed accogliente. Proprietà ideale per coppie con o senza figli. Grazie per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza indimenticabile!

Lage hervorragend. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit schlecht, insb. Küche. Nicht geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer (Lift zu klein) Wohnung ist grosszügig. Küche eng. Tolle Terrasse.
