"Stayed there Friday night as we had early flight from ALB on Saturday. When we arrived, we were told the internet was down and not expected to work during our stay. Unfortunately, we received a text at 2am that flight was cancelled. Without internet we couldn't research other flights, Very inconvenient!! Breakfast including coffee was not included, Come on Marriott you can do better!"

"Breakfast was good. The hotel can use update in the section we stayed in "

"The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the mattress was old and sagging. The sink was draining extremely slowly. The breakfast consisting of a boiled egg, toast, butter and peanut butter, tea or coffee. But there was no jam. That was a problem for me as I did not was the butter or peanut butter, I am lactose intorelant."

"Manager was rude and a chauvinist. Room was dirty. Was missing coffee maker. Manager put us next to the elevator and the loudest part of the hotel."

"Pool was under construction but no worries, a popl was created when i tried to use the stand up shower that had no lip. Water ended up everywhere and I needed every available towel to soak up the water. I know wet rooms are common in other countries but I imagine they're designed to be more fumctional than this."

"There were two employees that obviously hated working the night shift. Otherwise the others were gold!!"

"Stay was Reallly bad!!! When we check-in for 2 night stay they gave us room #165 which it was ok at 1st.. then by 12am there was a wholllllllllllllllle car gathering/car party outside our window.. causing us to have no comfort nor privacy (like someone else is in the room with you.) We complained to the front desk & he said he gonna talk to them to keep it down and OF COURSE that was a fail.. So he finally switched us to the another room. Which we had to move all our stuff and relocated at 110am, when we should've been sleeping comfortably. 2nd room was #179 bathroom vent was broken and caused a very loud noises..PLUS the heat in the room dont work.. which it was a winter storm outdide!! & we didnt know until i woke up sick with a sore throat smh!! Then in the morning i complained to the front desk AGAIN!!!!! And he switched us to another room & we had to move our stuff and relocate again!!! 3rd room is #243 which was judt alright to wrap up the rest og our stay. But at this point we had 0 satisfaction of this stay smh. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! "
