「This place is AMAZING!!!! The staff was kind, helpful, friendly and very professional. The entire property was peaceful, clean and very family friendly. My family will definitely be returning.」

「Close location do the beach, the pier and downtown Ventura. Location was a plus. The only negative was the noise from the freeway. It would have been nice to hear the ocean surf and not the cars on the freeway.」

「The staff was very good. A guest checked in hiding a dog which I heard in my room so I had to change rooms. Direct TV programs run in a loop, no change of episodes. Only traditional over the air programs changed, e.g. the news.」

「This place is very nice. Clean, great staff, wonderful breakfast. My only disappointment was the highway is located between the hotel and the beach. Our ocean view room overlooked a highway. Other than that the place is great and I would stay there again if in the area. 」

「Having stayed in a pretty bad similar cost hotel just down the street the week before, this one was a breath of fresh air. Clearly recently remodeled and great for the price. The shower was a little dark and there were a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom but the fridge was cold, the bed was fine, the desk was nice, the carpet looked new. It’s not the Grand Hyatt but it was perfectly located for what I was doing and totally fine.」
