「The location was perfect, easy to walk in to Orta San Giulio. Had a meal at the Hotel and the restaurant across the road, both meals were exceptional. Breakfast was great, we would definitely stay again if in the area again 」

「Overall, the environment and room are ok, but the communication is not so great, they don't have reception so you have to send your ID/Passport information ahead. Sent an email 2 weeks prior my visit and no reply, had to call them to confirm and they did confirmed. But before the checking day they sent another msg said the identity information was not yet be given and I might not able to check in...had asked my Italian friend to call again to confirm. Walls are very thin, there is a couple...

「The best part of the hotel is its just crossing the road to reach the train station and just one station far from Rho Fierra. The Breakfast is good, rooms are spacious enough. 」

"Good airport shuttle bus and hotel staff are very helpful "

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
