This superior type townhouse is located in the residential neighborhood of Port Saplaya. Bright and very spacious house with all services. It has 6 bedrooms, three rooms with double bed and three rooms with single beds, maximum ten occupants.
Living room, independent kitchen with hob, three large and sunny terraces, overlooking the jetty. .
The semi-detached house has a 40-inch flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi 50 Mg and heating. The independent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. A bathroom with a bathtub, two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. Hair dryer. Griddle. Accommodation of 300 m², overlooking the jetty. Pool (July and August). Two parking spaces

Property really tired and poorly set up for the number of people it was listed
For 10 people only 8 chairs at the dining table, two small settees, beds were extremly poor, kitchen facilities cupboard doors hanging off when you opened them, a complete mixture of plates, mugs, glasses not sufficient for number of people, we were only 9
All in all good location, really poor facilities within the accommadation and would not recommend it for the price and number of people

Una casa muy bonita
Pasamos un fin de semana estupendo en Valencia. La casa es amplia, tiene muchas habitaciones y ,algo que también tiene mucha importancia, tres cuartos de baño. Está localizada en una urbanización preciosa, donde puedes disfrutar de las vistas por la mañana.
