Ocean view Apartment with 3 panoramic Terraces, 2 Swimming pools Tennis court is located in the heart of the tourist s favorite south coast resort Portugal Albufeira, within walking distance to the Old Town, Beaches and Marina. Being a part of the famous exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short and long term vacation in any season. The brand new fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 92 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4 people.

The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large living room, featuring 2 sofa beds, Smart TV Samsung LED 55'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 terraces. The living room has direct access to 2 terraces with the stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has an access to the third terrace with the views of beautiful landscaped garden and 2 swimming pools. All patios have the dining zone and the large sunny terrace also has 2 sun loungers. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities that might be handy during the stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine, fridge (all Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine (DeLonghi Magnifica) etc. Our apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners (Haier), which can be used for both cooling and heating.

What is available to the guests:

Our apartments have high speed Internet up to 500 Mb, WI FI is free for our guests.

Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment. We provide each guest linen and a set of towels for using in the apartment, on the pool and on the beach. Showers and toilets are available on the territory of the pools for our guests. To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds, control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms. If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair (they are free for our guests, but you should notify us previously). For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe box for documents and valuables.

We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex. Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults (depth up to 160 cm) and kids (depth up to 50 cm), from 08.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests. Tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and other recreational facilities are available only to residents and guests of the apartments.

A free parking on the territory of the complex and a parking space in the underground are always available for guests. The territory of the complex is closed, and during the period from May to October the complex is monitored and guarded.

Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests! We use the professional standards of cleaning and hygiene in our apartment for our guests. For your own safety, guests can use masks and antiseptics, which are available in the apartments. First aid kit in apartment is equipped with thermometer and all the necessities.

Location:

Encosta Da Orada complex is situated in one of the most desired locations in Albufeira. Extraordinary ocean views, gardens and beautiful landscapes will be a highlight of your trip. Our apartment is a 10 minute walk from a well known beach Praia do Peneco, Old Town, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The area is famous for its wide variety of seafood restaurants and fish markets.

For sightseeing lovers there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church and the Municipal Museum of Archeology. For those who prefer to go shopping, there is a shopping street and the mall which are reachable by car (2.8 km). There are plenty of other things to do for active tourists, such as: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 kilometers away; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course Vilamoura, considered as one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids' favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, all three places are about 15 20 minutes away by car. For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away.

Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. The nearest bus stop is 400 m away. The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our partners car rent company and they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best auto.

Please follow these rules of our complex:

Keep quiet from 10.00 p.m. till 07.00 a.m., respect other residents peace. Swimming pools opening hours are available from 08.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. Not for parties. Not for smoking. Not for animals. heck in time is 3:00 p.m., time for check out until 11:00 a.m.

Our apartment is suitable for 4 guests. Fee for the 5th guest 20 eu a day. Cleaning and laundry services after check out 59 (does not depend on the number of guests and the rental period). Deposit 200 , which is returned to the guest after a holiday.
