Located in a prestigious area of the Algarve, Townhouse Varadero is a charming townhouse, close to all amenities. It offers free WIFI, a pool for adults and children, 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6+2 people.
Upon entering the property, you will find the living and dining areas in an open concept, which harmoniously integrate a fully equipped kitchen. In the living and dining room, you will find a comfortable sofa to enjoy your favorite TV shows and a dining table where you can enjoy meals with friends and family.
The kitchen is equipped with all essential utensils and appliances, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, among others. On this floor, there is a service bathroom.
Ascending to the first floor, you will find the three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each. An additional bathroom serves this floor, ensuring comfort for all guests.
The jewel of the property is the top floor terrace, which offers a view of the sea as well as the fascinating Algarve sunset. The wonderful sea-view terrace, furnished with chairs and a table, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink at the end of the day.
The condominium's common area includes two pools, one for adults and another for children. This elegant property is located in an area near a varied selection of restaurants and some of the Algarve's best beaches.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €175 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices up to 6 people.
The 7th and 8th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
