Clean Condo in gated community
This was perfect for our needs as we waited for our house to close in Rio Rancho. All the comforts of home, secure surroundings, quiet neighborhood, two-car garage with opener, washer and dryer, and close to newer shopping/dining areas off Paseo. The host/owner is awesome to work with and very good at responding to questions and any needs.

Secure location
We were traveling with a Sprinter Van and needed a secure place to park it. Perfect! The house was comfortable, decorated nicely and had a little back yard for our little dog! Very clean and well appointed. We travel often to Albuquerque and hope to stay there again!

We were in town for a doctors appointment for my husband and after the procedure he had to sleep and relax. It was very calm and quiet. Rooms were comfortable and it was nice to have a garage.

Lovely home away from home
We had a great time. This condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our short trip to New Mexico. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to create family meals while we were away from home. And since it is a pet friendly home and complex, I was so happy to be able to bring my dog with us on our trip.

Clean and Cozy
We booked this property during the week of Christmas, and were very happy with our stay. It was a great price, for the location and size. The downstairs area got really cold, and the upstairs got super warm, but we cracked the windows at night and it helped. Communicating with this property manager was seamless, for the most part. It was a little tricky to time our check-in so she could buzz us into the property and we had to wait a few minutes for her to provide the lockbox code. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well stocked with toiletries. We LOVED the kitchen, with all the appliances, cooking utensils, and even some non perishable food to enjoy. We used the washer and dryer throughout the week for our laundry, and they are nicer the ones we have at home! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
