Light filled and cozy casita
The Casita location couldn’t have been better with many eating options, museums, brewery and bike path. The Casita was just as pictured with everthing you needed in a well appointed arrangement. Loved having the screeed in porch with mountain views and lots of sun through the windows.

Fantastic studio

This is a fully furnished studio with a well-equipped kitchenette for a comfortable stay. Its location, just a few blocks from Old Town Albuquerque, makes it very convenient for going out to shops, galleries and restaurants. Parking on the street or in the driveway is safe and easy. We fully recommend this place.

Very nice casita. Super clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to old town. Very well appointed, coffee pods were available, which was a plus. We had trouble with locking our door, called the host and he took care of it. I also found a used towel hanging on the bathroom door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this casita. Highly recommend. So convenient, home away from home.

Adorable casita right next to Old Town
Had a very enjoyable stay and the host was quick to help with our few questions. The casita was well done with a comfy queen bed, fabulous screened in balcony, and an adequate small kitchen. We asked the host about getting a larger frying pan and it was quickly provided. The stairway/entry is small and a little awkward but should be manageable for most people. The place was near perfect except for a broken futon/couch which was only comfortable on one end and an AC that seemed to be better at cooling the stairway than the room. It was a stay in July so keeping anything cool in that heat is a challenge. Overall it was a wonderful stay in a convenient location!

Best location in ABQ
We had a wonderful stay. The property location is absolutely perfect being steps away from Old Town and a quick drive downtown, the airport, and more. The Casita offered the perfect screened-in porch with full amenities inside. I appreciated coffee creamer in the fridge and a stocked Keurig upon arrival. Coming all the way from Boston, we really loved the added touch of a candle lit and peaceful music playing on the TV when we came in. We really enjoyed our morning walks and local coffee shops. Such a great place and I can't wait to return.

Perfect spot next to Old Town
This charming second-story efficiency apartment was the perfect spot for our four weeks in Albuquerque, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was everything we wanted or needed to be comfortable and conveniently located (just a 2-minute walk to the Old Town Plaza) near all the amenities we needed (such as Lowe's Market, where we shopped every day). We enjoyed use of the laundry on premises, the large patio, hot tub (kept at a perfect 104 degrees at all times), and one of the bicycles. We walked or rode bikes to many nearby attractions, such as the Bosque River Trail, the Sawmill Market (a restaurant mecca), museums, parks, and lots of other great restaurants. Our hosts were responsive, very helpful, and friendly--especially Lilly, who lives downstairs and frequently greeted us in passing. The bed was outstanding (one of the best I've ever slept on) and the heating/cooling system (with temperatures outside ranging from 26-76!) worked evenly and efficiently. We were delighted with this property and highly recommend it to others. We would love to visit again sometime.

More than I expected!
This property surprised my husband and I. It was clean and the perfect size for us. It had everything we ever needed, including water and creamer in the fridge. The bed was amazing, we were able to get the rest we were looking for. The location was perfect. In walking distance to old town, great restaurants and cafés as well as to all of the museums.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lily's Casita. They have every amenity you can think of. The hot tub was a real treat. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to pack clean clothes. The location is convenient to restaurants, and all Old Town has to offer. The casita was clean and comfy. We would definitely book again.

This property is great! We were in town for Balloon Fiesta and had the best time. Lilys Casita was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. (Old Town, zoo, museums, Balloon Fiesta Park, etc...) It was comfortable, clean, and served as the perfect home base for our trip.

Splendid and homey
Very clean, comfy bed. Close to old town district to walk to shops, etc. Church St Cafe a must to eat at along with Flying roadrunner for breakfast. Close city park. Highly recommend, 15stairs up but good exercise 😊🤩

Great location
This location was perfect for me. Quick and easy walk to the Old Town shops and restaurants and the Albuquerque museum. I highly recommend checking out Tiny Grocer, a neat coffee shop with a small curated grocery selection and other stuff. Cool concept. There is a nice park across from the museum where I ate lunch a few times. The bikes were cleaned up for me after my arrival and I had fun riding the little blue one around town and on the Bosque Trail along the Rio Grande. Lily, who lives there, was very responsive to my needs and super sweet. She and her little doggie Cody made me feel right at home. The size of the apartment was good and I liked having the screened in porch. It’s perfect for two people! The porch could have been a little cleaner in my opinion, but this is absolutely not a deal breaker! All in all a great spot.

An amazing casita in the heart of Old Town
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely casita. It was better than I could imagine; very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to absolutely everything from this very desirable location. Lilly was a great host and I enjoyed relaxing outdoors. The refrigerator was stocked with bottled water and the casita had all the amenities to make our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this casita - it’s the perfect location while in Albuquerque Old Town.

Very nice studio
The room was very comfortable and mostly clean. However, there was a big clump of long dark hair in the shower and hairs on the bathroom floor. The bathroom faucet was broken and the temperature could not be changed. It would have been nice to have a little olive oil with the spices.

PERFECT!
This place was exactly as advertised: very clean, very comfortable and could not have been a better location for what we wanted to do/see. We especially appreciated the outside screened-in porch. It was VERY relaxing; everyplace and everything we wanted to do was within a flat walking (or bicycling) distance. Museums, restaurants, and parks are all within two or three blocks. Albuquerque has a great zoo, aquarium, and botanical gardens and they are all in this neighborhood. The host's communication was just right - there when it was needed yet all the privacy we wanted. I hope we get a chance to go back!

We arrived at 3:30pm. We were eager to get in, but there was a glitch. We never received the owner's automatic email giving us the access code to the property. After 1.5 hours of trying to contact the owner, we finally received the code. However, no issues from then on in. The owner was very responsive once we received his contact information. This property is lovely and clean. The bed is comfy. Very quiet street. Nice neighborhood. Parking is available in the driveway. Restaurants are close. This property is within walking distance to Old Town, which is what we wanted. However, we were saddened by the number of stores that had closed permanently due to Covid. We would definitely stay here again.

A relaxing stay!
My family and I had a wonderful time at Lily’s Casitas on our trip across the country. We had been camping for many nights and were very grateful for the cozy casita, the super convenient location, and for a dip in the hot tub. Both Lily and David were helpful and quick with communication and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The casita was sparkling clean and had everything we needed! And after lots of driving, it was so nice to be able to easily walk to a playground, restaurants, shops, and coffee shops! We would definitely stay again!

Our studio was clean and tidy. There is a full kitchen so we were able to cook and have relatives over for dinner. It is 2 blocks form old town and close to our friends here. We will definitely stay here again.
