Wonderful Property
This adorable adobe-style house was roomy, clean, and inviting. The coffee/tea station and other little details were much appreciated! The courtyard area was my absolute favorite. I'll definitely book again when I'm back in Albuquerque visiting! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home.

Great house and location
So glad we stayed at Turtle house during the ballon fiesta and eclipse. Kitchen is well appointed, clean rooms, and nice garage if you have a rental car. Would highly recommend as the property management was very accommodating with our family!

We had a great stay! It’s a very nice property with great landscaping! The air conditioning works which is important to us 😂. Comfortable leather couches and a very comfortable master bed. I accidentally booked for the wrong night and they quickly accommodated us to stay a night earlier!

Excellent Experience - Clean, Comfortable, Friendly, Good neighborhood
We loved the Turtle House. It actually was even better in real life vs. the great photos. We liked the friendly, home, tasteful style. Walked the neighborhood daily to the nearby park and arroyo. Close to stores, restaurants, and church. Excellent communication from the management company including when they came to cleanup leaves and do maintenance. Always gave us warning and accommodated our schedule. Would definitely stay there again.

The Turtlehouse - Tasteful and Thoughtful
The Turtlehouse is perfect! It had everything we needed so we could focus on family and friends. The Turtlehouse was cute, cozy, clean and secure (I appreciated the window locks!). If you are traveling during the winter months bring a pair of slippers! The tile floor can get chilly. The location is great! Lots of restaurants and familiar stores just minutes away. The neighborhood felt safe. Overall, this home was both tasteful and thoughtful to the needs of travelers. Thank you.

Cozy house for a stay!
This comfortable house had everything we needed, with lots of space for four adults and two kids. The stone garden with various turtle statues was adorable. It was a perfect fit for our adventures back and forth to the Balloon Fiesta. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Wedding stay
We had a wedding to attend in Albuquerque, we found the title house and due it it’s reviews, location, pictures and price we booked it. And boy were we glad we did! Eloy and his team were fabulous, quick responses when we had a few questions. Great location in a quiet neighborhood but within just short drive to wonderful restaurants and breweries. (Check out Marble Brewing and Casa Rodena Winery) We will definitely be back and will 100% stay at the turtle house again

Nice place in the heights

Albuquerque stay
We needed a fully furnished home while we searched for a home and this home met our needs. It was easy to text questions or needs and someone responded quickly. The area is easy to navigate for shopping, restaurants and daily needs. The northeast side of Albuquerque is an easy and less crowded place to stay .

Short stay in a welcoming home & neighborhood
Our weekend vacation came and went too quickly! We had a wonderful time, ate amazing food and ventured north and south. The Turtlehouse was very inviting and we were quite comfortable. There was a slight hiccup with the door code at check-in that was easily fixed with a phone call. The patio was a very inviting place to sit with coffee and listen to the birds while watching the sun rise. A big thank you to Eloy for your assistance and hospitality! We hope to be back next year or sooner.

Turtle house is a slam dunk for our next stay in Albuquerque!
Six family members visited Albuquerque for a family reunion and stayed several days very comfortably at Turtlehouse. We found it clean, full of amenities, a convenient/safe location and has a responsive manager.

Clean and convenient home
Clean property in an easily accessible location to the mountains and freeways. The kitchen is small and may not be practical for large families with children but overall the house is excellent with a convenient “mud” room right off the garage entrance.

Turtle House
The Turtle House property was very clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful, relaxing private courtyard. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood very near to the Sandia Mountains. We came with our daughter as a graduation gift and we thoroughly enjoyed much of what Albuquerque had to offer : beautiful, scenic hiking, interesting museums and of course, the delicious food! Old Town Albuquerque was fun to explore, as well as the drive up Historic Route 66 to Santa Fe. All in all we had a wonderful experience, and would recommend the Turtle House, and Albuquerque, as a great place to stay and explore!

Quiet, cozy hideaway
The house was charming, comfortable, and very clean. I enjoyed my 10-day stay there and would stay again. There are grocery stores a short drive away, and Bear Canyon Open Space, a nice walking spot with a view of the mountains, is just over 10 minutes on foot. All communications with the kind host, Eloy, were easy and fast. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for our visit to Albuquerque!
We stayed at the Turtle House from October 3-6, 2021. We are native to Albuquerque and always look to stay in rentals vs. hotels when we return home to visit family & friends in the area. We were happy that this visit also coincided with the Balloon Fiesta!! The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but had easy access to major roads a shopping. The house is stocked with all the essentials you will need to be comfortable during your stay. There was an issue with the washing machine during our stay (which was not a big deal for us), but the property manager made us aware of it ahead of time and stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening glass of wine out on the private patio. As an added bonus, we had great views of the balloons during the Balloon Fiesta. Overall, we highly recommend this property and will plan to stay again, if possible, on a return visit to Albuquerque in the future!!

Nice Stop to visit friends
My husband and I are traveling back to our home in WA from a memorial service for my brother in Wisconsin. We took our time along the way and visited friends in each location. This was a nice place to stop. The house had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated being able to park our car in the garage.

A very enjoyable stay at Turtle House
The Turtle House is an exceptional property to relax and enjoy Albuquerque. It is close to many restaurants and centrally located for just about anything you want to do. The outdoor patio was our favorite. We spent every morning out there and every evening we would just sit and enjoy the beautiful landscaping. Eloy was so easy and friendly to work with. Cozy place! Great location!
We were so pleased with this cozy home. Beautifully decorated to match its Southwestern surroundings. There is a beautiful and relaxing enclosed yard (since the weather was nice, I was able to sit on the patio to work and attend Zoom meetings). The location is great. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a 5 five minute drive of stores, restaurants and major roads. The tram is about 10 minutes away. I believe the University was about 20 minutes away. Thank you!

Very well appointed house in a nice neighborhood
We intended to visit Alburquerque and its surroundings during the week end while working. We had plenty of space to work, cook and have fun by the fireplace. Great patio in the back. All the rooms are of a good size.

Great accomodations
This home is definitely everything that it says it is. Perfect for two couples that need to share some space and expense. We enjoyed the close proximity to our family while we were there. It has enough room for 8 people to enjoy dinner together, which we did! The Christmas tree being set up was a very nice touch as well. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great home to stay in. We'll be back!
