We had plenty of room for our four family members. We enjoyed lunch and dinner on the patio. The beds were very comfortable. Many different coffee choices for the keurig. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Close to Route 66

Updated and clean home for a good stay. Nice touches like good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom and the washing machine/dryer, and kitchen appliances were great.

This house is awesome, beautifully set up clean nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the backyard. I wish I had brought my pet. I would definitely stay here again. I give this a 10.

Great spot in ALBQ

Nice spot, safe, quite location. House was spot on, well maintained, clean, cozy and the snacks and drinks left for us was a nice touch! I will def be staying here in the future.

Great house

Loved the house! Very clean and everything was well prepped for guest. The Mountain View is beautiful. Not too far from most everything to do while in Albuquerque. Very glad we were able to use the garage!

Perfect, comfy home

My husband and I had a really comfortable stay. This home was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and shopping. Even though we didn't cook, the kitchen was very sufficient. I LOVED the master bed, but hubs thought it was a little too firm. Thankfully one of the other beds was perfect for him.

Great for a family stay

This Vrbo was absolutely lovely. It was incredibly clean and well kept. They thought of everything necessity and amenity. We did notice a strong smell of urine in one of the rooms, when we contacted the host she was absolutely lovely and apologized as she was unaware. We have family in the area and know how Albuquerque can be when it comes to vehicle break ins, and it was such a great peace of mind to be able to park our vehicle in the garage. As stated, we have family in the area and will be using the Vrbo every time we visit as long as it’s available.

From NJ to NM

The property was accurately described and met our needs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was my favorite spot. The only downside is that the houses are SO CLOSE together and at night all sounds echo. Barking dogs are all that could be heard, even inside with the windows closed, but that is no fault of the homeowner. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Beds are like sleeping on clouds

Beds, sheets, and blankets are super, super comfy. The place is gorgeous inside. The set up is great. Amenities are excellent. Could use garlic powder and tongs. Tv in main room was good. AC excellent. Bathrooms clean, shower head is luxurious. A digital clock in the room would be nice. It would have been more awesome if we had access to a closet in primary room. More mirrors would be an added touch.

Excellent rental especially for small children

Home has a backyard perfect for small children. Owner has provided a great area for children to play on Astro turf with tall private fence surrounding house. Garage door required repair but still allowed entry through main house. Master suite with large bathroom was very comfortable. Recommend replacing washer due to loud noises during cycles. Overall kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils and even had some spices and cleaning items. Highly recommend this home for price.

A great place to stay! This property was exactly what we needed. Nice space for families, fenced yard and a great place to sit outside to enjoy the evening. Central air was nice in cold coming in from those hot baseball games.

Located in a great place, just needs some TLC

This was a nice home. The backyard was great. The long code to get into the front door was a little annoying and the last day in the early morning (4:30am) the box said battery was low, which didn’t mean low it meant I couldn’t get back into the house after packing the car. Good thing my family was still inside otherwise I don’t know what we would have done, since we had a 7am flight. The bedrooms were good size, but the primary bedroom didn’t have any place to put 2 larger pieces of luggage (we’d been travel for almost 2 weeks). No closet available, just a chair and a very small luggage rack that barely fit our duffle bag. Also, the primary bathroom could use some work. The caulk by the tub needs a cleaning. And the holes in the walls need to be plugged. Then, the whole room needs to be painted. The biggest complaint is the AC unit. It was very noisy. Our nephew, who was in the bedroom right outside the main vent, barely got any sleep because it rattled and blew so loud. It was also loud in the other bedrooms, but not as bad as his. We had to turn the volume on the television up quite a bit just to hear it. This will be a great property, once the above items are addressed and taken care of. It is in a great location, close to many sights and close to a Walmart to get groceries.
