Girls Getaway
Beautiful and spacious house with a gorgeous heated pool and hot tub. Jose was great about helping us when the pool cover wouldn't open, got it fixed quickly so we could enjoy the sun outside. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and the master bathroom was outrageous. Being in a gated community helped my group of girls feel comfortable and safe.

I love this home
Paradise found! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. The property was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Breath taking property !!
INCREDIBLE STAY! This house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions. "We will definitely book this property again in the future." Some of the appliances were very high scale and simple instructions on their use would have been helpful. The thermostats were hard to understand and were not always easy to find. The property is beautiful and has a gorgeous view. It was a great place for our annual Thanksgiving get together.

Great location
This home was located in a great spot for the things that we wanted to do when in Albuquerque… Hot air, balloon ride, tram with hiking, and good restaurants! If you are able to overlook the creepy art on the walls and the carpet that desperately needs replacing, this is a decent spot. The pool was great, we had six very comfortable lounge chairs, but the chairs around the outside table need new seat cushions. The master bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of nice clean towels, but the kitchen could have used some plastic drinkware to use by the pool. The house is listed as a four bedroom home, but the fourth bedroom is actually a detached Casita, which was a surprise to us. It worked out fine, we just didn’t realize it. Jose was very attentive, answered our questions, and was a good host.

Great Visit / Great Home
Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Location was great - easy freeway access and close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was quiet. House was fully stocked - plenty of towels, TP, soap, etc. We got a lot of use and fun out of the pool table! Overall a really great visit!

Great place
Beautiful house, great location, and amazing pool and hot tub. Check in was a little challenging, but host was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommended this property for family visits/gatherings. Enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the pool and hot tub every day.

Great place to have as a base in Albuquerque
Really nice property that was easy to access, clean and had everything we needed. It’s a shame the weather was a bit chilly to take full advantage of the pool and hot tub.

The house is beautiful with pool, spa, and pool table. Plenty of towels to use for shower and the pool. Lots of kitchen supplies to cook with. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you host.

Not as advertised
Property not as advertised. The pool wasn’t open. The spa didn’t work and we were not giving information on how to find pool / spa controls. We had to hunt all over for them. Someone enter the area and uncovered the pool the third day without informing us. Pool cues for pool table broken. Opened food in pantry. Garage door opener didn’t work every time. Beautiful property needs to be maintained properly.

Sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied, we were in the middle of opening the pool when you arrived due to whether conditions, I will replace pool table cues ASAP and throw away any open food from the pantry as well, I appreciate your feedback to become a better host.

Great weekend getaway!

Unique Open Design w/ Great Artwork
Accommodations were good with open space design including various amenities. It was great having access to all the cable channels. Short trip so didn’t use the pool nor hot tube. Kinda cold. Internal home furnishing were a bit worn and outdated. One bedroom was a mini suite w/ private entrance & bath.

Balloon Fiesta YES!
If you want to see balloons, this is the property. Even if the wind isn't perfect you will see balloons, but when the wind IS perfect... the balloons were so close you can hear the pilots firing the burners and can wave to the crews. We sat in the hot tub and enjoyed hundreds of balloons in all directions. The drive to balloon park was no more than 15 minutes in light traffic (morning session). Jose was easy to communicate with however there was conflicting information regarding check-in, but I feel if we would have verbally confirmed gate code and address instead of solely relying on written information this would have been easily remedied. The house was beautiful and all the important parts were well cleaned. Excellent heated pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this location.

Nice place.
4 kids and 4 adults stayed. It was great with the kids (4 yrs and under). Pool was a lifesaver with the kids. Interesting enough chandeliers that the 3 and 4 year old “princesses” were convinced it was a castle and wanted to stay “forever”. This trip was a family reunion, so the only difficult part was when other family members showed up, getting through the gate was sometimes a challenge. But not enough that we wouldn’t stay again.

Great home for multiple family members.
We rented this property for 4 couples to use as a base for a family wedding. There is a Jack and jill bathroom for two bedrooms, a master wing with tub, nice size shower and 2 closets and 2 separate sinks. The casita has a double bed, couch and bathroom with shower only. There is a half bath in the main living area. We enjoyed the pool and pool table. We did not use the hot tub. There is a nice, large back patio area with a table for 6-8 and another table for 4. There are 4 lounge chairs and a gas grill available to use. This was a great place for our family to use and enjoy.

This is a great place for family! My mom is 89 and there are 6 siblings, spouses, 19 grandchildren and spouses and 10 great grandchildren. We spent the day at the pool and it was the best time ever! Thank you Jose!

Our stay was amazing! We loved the area, which was a very nice gated community, and the house was beautiful! We loved the pool and hot tub with the view of The Sandias. Jose was super helpful and very nice. We FaceTimed when we got there so he could tell us how to work the hot tub. Just a note-one bedroom/bathroom is outside the front door. Our 15 year old son stayed in this “suite” and we had to give him the key so he could get in the front door in the mornings. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

We wanted a larger home for our annual family trip for 4 adult couples with large social areas and pool and this house was great . We spent 3/4 of the week in the pool and hot tub and ordered takeout. Jose was awesome to work with . Very responsive . Wonderful home .

Property was very clean and well kept. The issue of getting into a gated community was a hassle at first, but turned out to be well worth it for the security and privacy. The owner was unable to meet us in person to go over the hot tub and pool instructions but he talked us through it on the phone and we got everything working. It was a huge bonus to have use of the garage (a lot of properties we have stayed at do not offer that). We had an open house every day for our large family that lives in Abq. and house functioned perfect for that. Plenty of room both inside and out. We called it a night pretty early every night and my wife and I were the only ones that slept there. The only reason I mention this is because it is a very quite neighborhood and I don't think it would be the right place to have big and/or loud parties. It worked perfectly for us however.

We really enjoyed out stay. The pool and family room was a lot of fun. We had 8 people and they were very comfortable. The house was clean. The only issue was the pool cover didn't work properly. The leaf catcher for the pool had a big hole in it. I would recommend this house and would use it again.

The house is nice and big and comfortable, the house was clean but the backyard was not! Jose was very helpful but I would suggest someone meet you at check in to go over the pool & jacuzzi.

Thank you for visiting, we used to meet everyone at the home for hot tub instructions, however, after COVID 19 we have changed the procedures to protect our guests. We believe conducting a FaceTime session is better for everyone.

Simply perfect!
My family and I decided to do a stay-cation during these COVID times. This house was just what we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool, jacuzzi, watching a movie with an excellent sound system that was provided, cooking, and just getting a chance to get away from the usual routines of life. Jose was fabulous about communicating back to us for anything that we needed. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!
Everything about our trip was great, the property was even better than the images. The pool and pool table provided much needed fun and relaxation. Cleanliness, kitchen amenities, etc made it easy to arrive, stay, and enjoy as planned. The only drawback was I had to work some while we were there, thankfully the wifi was great so that was no problem. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Perfect spot for our family gathering!
We absolutely loved staying at this house! I would highly recommend! We even discussed coming back to stay here again! The host was wonderful to work with and even texted us halfway through our stay to make sure we were enjoying the place. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Two of the bedrooms adjoin with a bathroom, which was great for parents with little kids. The 4th bed room is a casita, separate from the main house (which was great for those not wanting to wake up as early as the little kids). Everything in the house (appliances, bedding, furniture, etc.) was top notch! The pool was great - our kids enjoyed the hot tub (not heated in July) and the water feature. The neighborhood and location were perfect as well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio at night looking at the sunset over Albuquerque to the west, and the mountains to the east! The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed walking through it, looking at the surrounding beautiful homes. This house is also close to many scenic spots. We all can’t wait to go back!

Excellent seclusion, beautiful sunsets, lovely home
The home has plenty of space, and the layout of the kitchen/living room works great for gatherings of friends. There's a pool table right next to the kitchen so you can play pool and still converse with friends in the kitchen. The pool area is fantastic--lots of places to take in the sun and plenty of places to get shade. The pool itself is great, and the hot tub was great in the evenings. Neighborhood location and neighbors were great, and the views of the NE mountains were lovely. We caught some spectacular sunsets during our stay, too! Had nearly all of the cooking utensils we needed, so if you want to come here to cook from home, you'll be well-supplied.
