House was well appointed. Heating and cooling was temperamental. We are a family of six so seating in the dining room was not adequate. Lastly, the couch is really a futon without cushions. Very very uncomfortable. Our overall experience was positive.

We live in Rio Rancho and had to find a home away from for a few weeks, this house was just this that. The property managers went above and beyond to keep in communication with me. I am very grateful for the customer service that was provided. The house is perfectly stocked with everything we needed plus goodies to keep our kids entertained. We enjoyed the back yard and play house. I would highly recommend this house for the balloon fiesta because the views are so good. The area is nice. The house is in a cul-de-sac so the privacy was nice. There is a walking trail and a park a couple steps away. Park above is a five minute drive.
