The overall visual of the hotel is rundown and tired. The elevator feels filthy and takes up to 10 min to arrive. I booked a suite so I would have a refrigerator and microwave, there was food from previous guests in the fridge. Curdled milk and soggy lettuce. Yuck. The sheets had tiny little hairs ...
