「The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. 」

「Beautiful hotel in a central location, so close to the cathedral. The service from all staff is fantastic. The rooftop view of the Alhambra is lovely. Would definitely stay again in Granada!」

「One of the most beautiful hotels you'll visit in room 203 view of the cathedral staff gave you a cava when you arrived. Staff took care of reservations and your belongings and took care of your luggage. The spa is incredible dining and room decor incredible stay at this hotel if you have a chance in Granada.」

「It was like home away from home Breakfast was excellent Make sure to try home made dishes offered by the owner, they are just great Very friendly, perfect service, we enjoyed our stay very much」

「櫃檯服務非常棒無可挑剔，房間也很寬敞，設備也不錯，雖然在山坡上從巴士總站搭計程車大約10歐」

「We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and tastefully designed- loved the space and the interiors. Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!」

「Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay. My family was very comfortable and I would highly recommend.」

「Clean room wide space」

「熱水不能用太久，浴缸還沒放滿就變冷水」

「Great」

「The property itself isn't bad, but the mattress was the WORST I have ever lain on in my entire life. It doesn't matter if the property is clean or has a nice bathroom if you can't get any sleep. Very disappointing!」

「A+」

「Perfect location where you can walk to most everything (even the Alhambra is only about 1 mile). It was a little confusing to get the access code and virtual key, but the staff is extremely helpful and accessible via WhatsApp. Once in the apartment, it was perfect (though the beds are on the firm side). The views and open windows are lovely.」
