"Lovely place to stay, we were in room 6, you have to remember this is an old building, the floor boards creek, the room above us, although they were not noisy, we knew when they were out of bed, as above the floor boards always let you know. "Unfortunately we had a hiccups when checking in as their system was down and they couldn't confirm when it will be running again. We were worried if we should look for another hotel as they kept saying they can't check us in and we have to wait as long as needed. We ended up going for dinner and when we got back the system was up and running again. Other than that everything else was nice"

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the on site restaurants and bars are good and the cafe by the front door served great pastries and coffee. The rooms were of decent size and fine, bathroom was very nice. Location is great and we were able to get around Lisbon easily on foot or by metro/tram."

"It was okay but the website makes it look like a booming place with a restaurant and bar but the restaurant is only open for breakfast buffet only until 10:30 and the bar doesn't open until 6pm. Called reception for 20 minutes when my tv wouldn't work and had to go to the front desk to get help where they told me they saw me calling but couldn't pick up because they were with a client."
