Enter the cottage directly from the street and step down into the first sitting room, a large, elegant space with original wooden beams, flagstone flooring, ample seating and a wood burner set in an impressive surround. A step leads from the sitting room up into the ground-floor king bedroom, which has its own en-suite shower room boasting a lovely rainfall shower. Head back into the sitting room to access the hallway into the rest of the property. Navigate a few more steps along the characterful hallway and you’ll come to the second lounge, with a high vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Exploring the ground floor further, you’ll step up into the characterful kitchen/diner, which has a farmhouse-style dining table, plus a range of useful equipment, workspace and storage.
