  • Welcome home to your cozy, convenient cottage! This beautiful 2 bed, 1 bathroom house is centrally located near the best hospitals, favorite restaurants and wonderful natural attractions of the Maryville and Knoxville TN areas. It is within walking distance of miles of greenways and parks and only 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This home offers fast, reliable internet (500 mbps upload and download), garbage service, and fenced back yard.

Our host was wonderful:) when we arrived there was a beautiful Christmas tree set up waiting for us:) wonderful decorations that were not expected but helped us to feel like we were home. It was perfect for our first Christmas in Tennessee:) with our family. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to have a great time together with our family. Adorable Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about the cottage! Beautiful neighborhood with a great park to walk the dog to. The house had everything we could have needed and was so comfortable. We will definitely book it again the next time we come to town!

We came for house hunting around knoxville and opted for the vrbo instead of a hotel and we are glad we did!The house is in a very quiet location that is still close to alot of shops and restaurants. Also, the yard was very well sized for the dogs to run around.Thanks again!

Cozy Lodge st cottage

Clean and nicely decorated, beds are comfortable and lots of space inside, we had 4 adults and a 1 year old. the park nearby was great for grandson to play & fenced backyard great space for our dog.location was 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville and close to attractions, we enjoyed the Zoo and market square.I would stay here again.

Fall Break

In town during fall break to visit our son and enjoyed our stay at this property. Place was close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was clean and well taken care of. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our weekend getaway

The property was easy to find, very clean and well maintained. Perfect for our weekend trip to Knoxville to watch Vol football. We did not fly in but it is also very convenient to the airport!

Great Location

Hurricane Helene made our trip very damp and kind of ruined our plans, but having these cute little place to land was wonderful. Very cozy, comfortable and in a great location to access Maryville, the Smokey Mts. and more. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Nice rental home close to Maryville/Smoky Mountains

My wife and I spent three nights in late October. Owners provided prompt response to communication, and made us feel very welcome. House has a nice interior and convenient location for airport, Maryville, and Smoky Mountains.

Perfect for us & dog - A/C appreciated

Super cute and clean. I appreciated that we could turn the A/C down below 70 degrees. They did ask for a limit, but it was very reasonable. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The location was convenient to Maryville and Townsend (where we attended a wedding). Everything was well stocked if you want to cook, but we ate out. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.
