A great place for family holidays

We had a great time! The villa is really lovely. It’s so calm, perfect for us to recharge from our busy everyday life in the city. But it’s also just a short ways away from the beach and Alcudia town where we went to eat out a few nights. We got a lot of help and recommendations about things to do and to see in the area from the property hosts, thank you so much for that! Our family is already planning to come back next fall!

Super location great Outlook kitchen

We had lots of privacy. It was clean and enough room for us. Outside was also very clean. The garden where we could pick oranjes, lemons, tomatoes was a nice bonus. The kids liked it very much. Also the swimming Pool was super. Contact with the owner was good and how mallorca holiday properties work and supply info, cooperate and think with us is fenomenal!

Wow, It's like an amazing place to stay! The picturesque mountain views, the spacious and peaceful villa, and the terrace with a barbecue and pool - It all sounds too good to be true. Nice and quiet area on a cozy villa!

The 3 bedrooms and mountain views make it a great option for families. And the terrace with the barbecue and pool make it perfect for entertaining. Plus, having a ping pong table is great for when you want to relax with friends. Wir waren eine Familie und haben uns bei unserer Ankunft in der Villa geirrt, da es eine andere mit dem gleichen Namen gab. Wir haben den Gastgeber angerufen und Sebastián war sehr freundlich, hat uns sofort weitergeleitet und uns begleitet, damit wir ohne Probleme ankommen konnten. Als wir die Villa betraten, fanden wir ein Willkommenspaket vor, und alles war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist ruhig, komfortabel und perfekt, um sich auf Mallorca zu erholen. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Maison très confortable, bien située, avec espace extérieur au top!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille d'une semaine à 5, avec 3 enfants de 16, 12 et 9 ans. La maison est très confortable avec un espace extérieur génial pour profiter de la piscine et du jardin, grâce à une cuisine d'été très bien pensée, avec une immense pergola en dur qui isole bien de la chaleur écrasante. Nous avons vécu dehors pendant 1 semaine. La nuit, la climatisation était plus que bienvenue dans les chambres. Localisation au top, proche d'Alcudia (jolie ville à visiter), de Pollença et des magnifiques plages accessibles facilement en voiture. La localisation est très calme, au milieu des champs, tout en étant proche de l'axe routier Alcudia/Palma. Nous avons croisé le propriétaire qui était charmant et nous a fait découvrir son jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers dont nous avons pu profiter. Les figues étaient excellentes! Séjour de rêve, mais s'il fallait trouver des points négatifs, je retiendrais 2 observations : - A notre arrivée : attente 20 min dans la voiture par 35° devant la porte car l'agent immobilier était en retard (entrée en matière perfectible...). Par chance, il a finalement pu nous communiquer le code de la boîte à clés pour nous permettre de rentrer dans la maison et nous installer. D'ailleurs, la communication avec lui par WhatsApp était très pratique. - Maison très fonctionnelle mais globalement assez rustique, avec un agencement intérieur par franchement optimisé. Pour ce type de budget élevé, on pourrait imaginer s'attendre à plus de modernité.

Escapada perfecta en zona tranquila

Una casa muy bien equipada y nos sorprendió gratamente lo espaciosa que es. Yo personalmente valoré mucho la zona de escritorio para poder trabajar. La casa esta muy bien equipada, limpia, espaciosa y muy cómoda. La zona exterior es de diez, pues tiene espacio para disfrute de los niños con mesa de ping pong y zona de relax con hamacas junto a la piscina, aunque la zona que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y la amplia mesa exterior donde pasamos varias veladas. En definitiva un lujo!!!
