Very comfortable. Brilliant location!
The property is very comfortable and well equipped and the position on Crag Path is great.
We had one problem - the bt wi fi was not working - in fact it wasn't even connected. We had to call your office two or three times to establish what the problem was and then Lucy was sent to help us out in person. She was really great - and managed to sort things out for us by connecting the second (!) internet hub (a vodaphone one). The password on the bottom of the hub was not recognised, but she worked out that we could log in by using the bar code reading function on our phones and ipads. She was excellent, very pleasant and efficient - give her a pay rise!!
