Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. When I arrived, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were stained. Those are basic housekeeping standards that should never be overlooked. “We loved this booking from start to finish. The unit was tastefully decorated had a larger than normal refrigerator and freezer and the host supplied the room with a few necessities that were very helpful. The room was FRAGRANCE FREE. A huge PLUS !! The hosts were VERY nice and communicated with us prior to our booking and explained everything to us and gave us a few tips as well.
