“We had an excellent stay and would gladly give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had. The only suggestion for improvement……

“I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Astana. The location is convenient for visiting some attractions, as it is close to the museum, a mosque, and a park. However, the main monuments and tourist attractions are farther away, so you will need to take a taxi or public transportation to reach them. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite dated. The room was not particularly impressive or immaculate, and the furniture and overall appearance looked somewhat old. The lobby also has an older……

“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”
