“My husband and I had such an amazing 9 days staying at John’s home on Lake Martin. The house was 5-Stars in every way. Clean, well stocked with essentials, and I loved that the light switches were labeled so we could easily find our way around. It was a few steps to the water where we sipped drinks while watching the sunset from the dock. “Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation at Lake Martin. The location was perfect. Quiet with very little boat traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. And renting the pontoon boat for the week was the best. If you rent the house....strongly recommend renting the boat as well. There are lots of places to go on Lake Martin and we took the boat out every day. Would definitely go back again!”

The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!”

“Our family and friends spent Memorial Day weekend together. We enjoyed boating and eating way too much. There were two kayaks that some young adults in our group enjoyed morning outings before the boats were real active.The house is very nice and was great for all of us to be together. I was glad there were not too many tvs so the kids had to spend time with us when it was raining.The steps are a real challenge. Make sure you can go up and down 4-5 flights of stairs if you stay. “Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The views, water access were perfect. Large areas to relax or be active in the lake kept everyone busy. The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need! Communication was also superb, very fast to respond to any questions. Definitely would recommend and we hope to return next summer!”
