“前台的热情接待，将因火车司机罢工延误抵达的郁闷心情改善了许多。位置也很好，出行方便，出大门便是城市纪念雕塑公园，走不到10分钟便是连接通往多处景点的主干道，餐厅酒吧颇多，商业一应俱全。夜晚人声鼎沸热闹非凡，白天各式商店丰富多彩，逛累了可以很快很方便回到酒店。不足之处是酒店周围在修缮，景致和走路均稍有影响，但这应该是暂时的，酒店本身应该是很好的，还可以爬到楼顶上观景，能看见标志性建筑国家电影博物馆的塔尖，楼顶还有酒店自种的有机蔬菜植物园。”

“the room is very clean and beautiful. the staff is super helpful and responsive, staff name Eliso tried his best to help me change to the feature room on the second night. Unfortunately, the room is too close to the road, we moved back to the original room, but it was very sweet of him. i will definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Turin in the future.”

“Had a great stay. A little oasis in the middle of the city. The rooms were all unique and the staff was very responsive. My only concern ahead of the trip was not knowing for sure if they had baggage storage if we arrived earlier, stayed in town after check-out. But, the day before the trip the staff sent clear instructions for how to access the baggage room to store bags and it was all good. Cannot express how much of a hidden gem the hotel was. The staff have been amazing, very helpful with recommendations, organising taxi's, directions and they have been great with my 1 year old son.
