"We chose this place cause it was close enough to Alfred University where my daughter attends. It was move out weekend so we needed to be close enough to move her out of her dorm. The host made it super easy to access the property and was very accommodating. Definitely will be on my list to stay at again for the next 3 years."

"My wife and I had a amazing time. the property is very beautiful and peaceful, being in the woods with no distractions of cell phones and other people gave us the chance to clear our minds and really relax. Dave and Terry are great hosts. made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the property and our stay. We will be going back again. t least once a year to regenerate our souls. :}"
