A warm welcome and comfortable, clean, spacious room. The staff couldn't be more helpful and even though the kitchen was closed because I arrived late they were good enough to offer a plate and cutlery so I could grab a Chinese from the takeaway opposite. Honestly I couldn't have asked for anything better even at twice the price.

The room was huge with more than enough space for a seating area as well as a dressing table/coffee station. Tea/coffee provided and hairdryer in room. Bathroom was adequate but dated and some of the seating in the bedroom area was ripped and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. Staff were helpful although it took some time to knowledge us on arrival. They were really helpful when I phoned to make an enquiry prior to arrival. The accommodation is in an adjacent building to the bar/pub. The bar is clean, food arrived quickly and was good. Large park area for kids with outdoor seating outside and plenty of parking spaces and electric car charging points. Few repairs needed but it didn’t affect our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless, staff were very friendly and were very chatty at breakfast asking us how our stay was and making small talk. I can’t remember the guy who was looking after breakfast but he was brilliant.
