3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.

“So so glad I decided to pick this hostel for my trip. Despite having booked the cheapest rooms from one of the cheapest hostels, the room was private, clean, quiet, and even had its own bathroom. The location was incredible and the owners were responsive and accommodating. Absolutely the best bang for your buck. ”

“You are truly in the heart of the city here. It’s great to walk outside and be surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The rooms are cute and comfy. Ours had a little kitchen that was perfect for cooking simple meals.
The space was nice and clean. Only complaint is that the shower is designed for looks much more than function. Entire bathroom gets wet. Not a big issue though.”

“Hi, Alfred. Thanks for your service during our stay in Iceland. Your apartment was more than prefect for 3 of us, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully gear, the location is excellent, everything was good. We were appreciated for all what you had done for us. We were rushing to airport early in the morning on the day we left Iceland, and even didn't have time to call you to say sorry because I accidentally burnt a towel when I took some food from the oven at the night……

"I do recommend the hotel when you visit Iceland!
The location is good, it is near bus stop #4, so it is very convenient for pick-up, no matter traveling coaches or airport buses.
The room was clean and cozy, and facilities were also satisfied what I needed.
