Villa in golf course
Bright and cheery villa with views of the golf course. The villa included all the amenities that we needed for a long stay. We stayed five weeks and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. We would definitely book this villa again.

We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. (Second stay here.) It feels like home from home. Everything we needed. Great balconies to sit out on. Lovely site for morning walks.

Schönes Haus
Das Haus befindet sich in einer Siedlung am Rand des Ortes Budens, ist sehr ruhig gelegen gegenüber den Front Nine des Golfplatzes San Antonio. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man auch zu Hause hat bzw. erwartet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind fußläufig oder mit dem Auto in 2-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Matratze des großen Bettes ist mir persönlich viel zu weich, da fand ich die der Einzelbetten wesentlich angenehmener. Wenn baulich erlaubt, wäre ein Windschutz auf den Terrassen toll. Der Grill ist klasse, allerdings sehr windanfällig, dadurch brennt die Kohle weg wie Reisig. Gerne wieder.

Great stay
Property is lovely, Manual and Jose were super helpful and available. Every amenity was available, especially in the kitchen. Lovely outdoor spaces. Some items could do with updating but owner is aware. Quiet location, great for younger families but could do with a social area for older kids and adults.

Villa confortable, proche des commodités et des plages
Piscine appréciable le matin et en fin de journée, quand on veut être seul à nager. Complexe très bien entretenu et calme. Il n'y a pas d'insonorisation. Dans notre chambre on entendait les gens parler à côté. Ils parlaient normalement. C'est le seul bémol de la semaine. Des boules quies pour régler le problème. Côté de l'Algarve très tranquille et très venteux en fin de journée et le soir.

Calme, espace et confort.
Un logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos: très lumineux, spacieux, propre et confortable, dans une résidence de standing. Très bon accueil de José. À quelques kilomètres des plages. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. La piscine est bien appréciable par forte chaleur. La résidence est en hauteur, il peut y avoir un peu de vent de temps à autres (bien venu lui aussi, quand il fait chaud). Il y a un Intermarché à 650m. A prendre en compte : le logement est sur 4 demi-niveaux. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter la région. Je recommande.

Quiet location in a well appointed townhome
Our stay was a nice, quiet stay in August away from the normal Algarve hustle. The townhome is filled with quality furniture and comfortable beds. The balcony off of the living room was very relaxing. Although windy in August, Budens stayed cooler than the rest of the Algarve so was a nice respite from the heat found more east in the Algarve. The location is close to the beaches in Lagos and Praia da Luz, and you can still explore the hidden gems of Salema, Sagres, and Aljezur. Jose the host was flexible and attentive. If you need to work remote, the internet is very slow at the time of this post. However, the owner stated he would look into fixing this. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Maison très agréable
Maison confortable et très bien située pour explorer les belles plages de l' Algarve. Située entre Sagres et Lagos. On a passé un très bon séjour en famille. Si je devais émettre une petite réserve, cela serait le wifi: un peu plus de débit et de stabilité souhaitées. Le reste (salon, tv avec satellites, chambres, salles de bain, cuisine, barbecue,...) excellent. Communication fluide et agréable avec Manuel, le proprietaire et José, le contact sur place.

Silvesteran der ALgarve
Tolles Haus, für 4 Personen, dass wir zu zweit bewohnten in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Anlage. Genau das, was wir suchten. Tolle Wohnlage, tolle Wohnung und Ruhe, wenn wir sie wollten. Auf der anderen Seite nur 10Km bis Lagos, wenn man Shoppen, Essen gehen oder einfach nur den Flair einer der schönsten Städtchen der Algarve geniessen möchte. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Good stay ad is exactly what you get.
Stayed with kids, and the beaches are great, but you will need a car. House is clean well equipped and in a good neighborhood.

Super appartement
L’accueil et la communication avec le propriétaire est excellent. L’endroit Est magnifique et l’appartement est splendide, spacieux, très fonctionnel et calme. Il est aussi très bien équipé. Les photos et la description sont bien en- dessous des prestations réelles, vous serez agréablement surpris. Je conseille cet appartement sans hésiter.

Beautiful villa!
We spent a week here and had a wonderful time. The decor is really lovely and the villa is well equipped. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and helped with all questions beforehand. Very good value for money. The pool was also lovely and quiet. We hope to return next year. Villa magnifique dans un endroit superbe !
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette villa magnifique. Dès que nous avons ouvert là porte nous avons été ébahie par l’intérieur meublé avec goût. Le golf est magnifique. La vue sur chacunes des terrasses est géniale. Dépaysement assuré. La climatisation est appréciable. Tout a été pensé jusqu’au sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain. L’accueil par José a été aussi parfait, accueillant et serviable. Cette villa est très calme même en soirée aucun bruit émanent du voisinage. Il y a une multitude d’activités aux alentours et la plage à moins de 5minutes! Nous reviendrons pour nos prochaines vacances !

Very good, clean, spacious and quiet house in beautifull west Algarve
We spent here two weaks and we enjoyed the house a lot. The house is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The very good golf course is nearby. Supermarket (opened every day!!!) is in walking distance. Support from owner and agency very good. Excellent starting point for trips to Algarve. The minor issue is, that the flat is on 4 levels, good training even for elder peple to run the stairs up and down. No problem, even positive, but it has to be taken into consideration by booking. I think we will come again.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung, ruhige Lage am Golfplatz. Supermarkt und ein Restaurant in der Nähe, zum Strand ca. 3 Km. Wir wurden perfekt betreut durch José RIO Agency. Alle unsere Fragen, die wir zu dem Objekt gestellt haben, wurden vom Besitzer Herr Manuel Nusselein schnell und ausführlich beantwortet. Das Haus im Park Floresta bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub im Algrave.

Very nice house in a beautiful part of Portugal, great beaches and landscape
The contact with both the owner and the local people was always very friendly and helpful. The house was just like in the description, beautifully located, quiet, many terraces, very clean and fully equiped. The pool area as well, never too crowded, big enough to have fun and always well-kept and clean. The location of the house is perfect, as by car (necessary) many beautiful beaches and places are easily accessible. The nearest beach about 5 minutes. Lovely for us was that you could reach both the south and the west coast well. We had a great holiday and will not be here for the last time (are not golfers). The price performance ratio for the house is definitely okay! Thank you for this great stay!

Magnifique lieu!
Ce lieu est très beau, les photos ne sont même pas assez représentatives de la beauté de la villa et des environs ! La maison est décorée avec goût quand nous ouvrons la porte nous sommes émerveillés par tout ! Le complexe Golf est somptueux, tout est à disposition, un régale pour les amateurs de sport, un régal pour les amateurs de farniente également ! La plage de Salema à 5 Minutes est magnifique avec beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces à proximité. Lieu idéalement situé à côté de Lagos ville qui bouge énormement, de Sagres et de plein de petits endroits à découvrir ! Je recommande cette Villa tout confort ! La climatisation est très appréciable et les propriétaires ont tout prévu dans le moindre détail!

La villa est top !
Cette villa, très accueillante, confortable, lumineuse et propre, a beaucoup de charme avec ses terrasses à chaque niveau. Aménagée avec goût, décoration raffinée, et très bien équipée, rien ne manque ! Nous avons aussi bien apprécié avoir le wifi et les chaînes de télé françaises. Nous étions 2 couples, et avoir 2 salles de bain dans la villa était un point essentiel pour ne pas se gêner. Le calme de la résidence, la piscine, la proximité des plages (5mn) et d'un charmant village de pêcheurs sont des atouts supplémentaires. Merci à M. José Rio pour sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils sur la restauration à notre arrivée. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette villa.

A lovely, tranquil escape in the Algarve
We stayed at Manuel's property for one week during our trip to the Algarve. I cannot recommend this property enough! Prior to arriving at the villa, Manuel was very kind to answer all our questions and maintained regular communication. The property is modern, very clean, spacious and provided for all of our holiday essentials (including wifi, near to beach and city of Lagos, had air conditioning, access to pools, close to supermarket + more). Manuel has also decorated the space with a very fine taste, which we appreciated thoroughly during our stay. We are already planning a return trip in the New Year. Thanks Manuel for hosting us.

¡ EXCEPCIONAL!
Estuvimos 9 días en esta casa, dos adultos y dos niños, y la verdad es que nos gustó desde el primer día que vimos las fotos por internet. Una vez en la casa pudimos descubrir que no solo era como en las fotografías, sino que estaba muy bien cuidado, muy limpio, con todas las comodidades, con todos los detalles y accesorios posibles, muy bien decorado, en definitiva, excepcional. La zona es ideal, pues está en una urbanización muy bonita y elegante, frente a un campo de golf y muy cerca de todas las mejores playas de Portugal, justo lo que buscábamos después de 8 años visitando este maravilloso país y sus playas. Zona tranquila por la noche, por estar a 8 kilómetros de Lagos, pero muy accesible al bullicio y gran ambiente de tiendas y restaurantes de Lagos por su gran proximidad. El dueño muy amable en todo momento y la agencia con su agente, Sr. José Rio, Excepcional, muy amable y atento. Hemos quedado muy muy satisfechos y contentos toda la familia.

Près du golf et de la plage de Burgau. Ce coin est magnifique. Je compte bien y revenir et je le conseille fortement. La maison est meublée avec goût, charme. Elle est lumineuse, agreable. Ces terrasses qui l'entourent sont plaisantes et conviviables a partager autour des repas. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine ont été penses, rien n'a été oublié. Bravo au propriétaire pour l'aménagement qui donne a cette maison un goût d'y vivre et de poursuivre le séjour.
