Maria the host is very nice but spoke limited English. We communicate in French. The cute apartment is locate in a very nice area. Also sun umbrella and beach towel are provided. Beach is just in front of the apartment, every things is 5 minutes walk, restaurants, grocery etc. Have to park on the street, blue zone pay parking and white zone is free. 25 minutes walk to Alghero Old town. 15 minutes drive from airport.

A lovely compact property

Great location for beach,restaurants and old town of Alghero. All within walking distance. Very peaceful at night. The apartment was classed as self catering but for us lacked a few important points. For cooking there was only a 4 ring gas top. Would have liked a few more appliances like an oven,microwave,grill and cupboard space for food storage. Maria ,the host was lovely,always smiling and helped us out massively in organising a taxi to the airport for us. To get the most out of the vacation a basic understanding of Italian is needed as it seemed majority of tourists were Italian. To summarise a fab little place that could do with a few more mod cons.

Grazioso e praticissimo appartamento davanti al mare, molto comodo e fornito di un frequente servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria. Gentilissima la proprietaria, signora Maria, che abita nell’appartamento di sopra ed è disponibile per ogni necessità . Da consigliare senza dubbio.

Inte fantastiskt. Hårda sängar och "sängen" som finns i köksregionen är ingen säng, man får be om att få en extra madrass och sänglinne. Det ligger bra vid stranden men en bra bit från shopping området.

Fonctionnel et bien adapté au besoin

Beaucoup d'avantages à cet appartement situé en retrait de la route côtière qu'il suffit de traverser pour atteindre la plage: - équipement simple mais suffisant et robuste => ménage facile à la sortie. - décoration colorée et de bon goût, celui du pays de surcroît (merci d'avoir évité le gris, certes à la mode, mais d'un chaleureux discutable) - très bonne literie - il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres: si on évite d'allumer la lumière avant de refermer la porte d'entrée le soir on arrive à éviter les attaques en piqué. Le moustique est très présent en Sardaigne, mieux vaut le savoir... - bonne localisation: pas besoin de traverser Alghero, au trafic parfois intense, pour la quitter. Par ailleurs aller en centre ville à pied en longeant la plage, puis le port, prend 35 / 40 minutes et vous met en appétit ou permet au retour de digérer la dernière pizza engloutie et/ou de distiller le verre de vin "ensoleillé" à 16°. Et puis pour se garer en centre ville... pas facile, même certains soirs d'octobre, alors ... Toujours en octobre aucun problème pour trouver des places de stationnement toutes proches de l'appartement le soir. - Maria-Antonietta, avenante et réactive, fournit de très bonnes informations, qu'il s'agisse de trouver un restaurant ou d'identifier les endroits culturellement les plus intéressants à découvrir dans les alentours.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man muss zum Strand nur über die Straße gehen. Sie ist mit allem, was man braucht, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zudem waren einige Frühstücks- und Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ohne Fenster, dafür aber mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist, bedingt durch die Nähe zum Meer, etwas feucht. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Allerdings gibt es dort verhältnismäßig viele Stechmücken. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Stilvolle ruhige Wohnung an super Lage

Wir haben zu Dritt eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist ideal. Ruhig und doch nur 20m zum Strand. Ca. 20min bis zur Altstadt von Alghero. Wir genossen den schönen Aussenplatz und waren dankbar für die Klimaanlage. Leider ist kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. In der weissen Zone an der Via Lido kann aber kostenlos parkiert werden (wenn's Platz hat)... Wir genossen eine schöne Woche und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung

sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung. Nette Vermieterin. Zentral,zu Restaurants und Supermarkt und das Beste mann braucht nur über die Straße gehen und schon ist mann am Strand. Maria hat für uns extra einen Grill besorgt. Danke nochmals dafür.

Lovely quiet place and patio, great location on the beach

My 2 daughters and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. What I loved most was that it’s right across from the beach but still very quiet since it’s set just away from the road. It’s a quick stroll along the beach to the port and the beautiful old town. Maria Antonietta’s mom kindly showed us everything and even left freshly picked apricots and couchettes. She also informed me about events going on in town. Very considerate!

Beau logement avec grande terrasse au calme à 50m de la plage

La propriétaire Maria est aux petits soins pour vous, serviable et très sympathique. Le logement est parfait. Bien équipé avec wifi grande terrasse ombragée en fond de cour. Sans vis à vis grâce aux plantes. Par contre la 2eme chambre n a pas de fenêtre ça peut surprendre. Tout est à porte de main, restau, courses, banque. La vieille ville est un peu loin à pieds. Aucune hésitation pour ce logement. La région est belle, plage de sable fin, mer transparente et villages charmants.

Excellent séjour à Alghero dans un appartement très confortable et idéalement situé.

Appartement bien équipé dans l'ensemble, très bien situé par son isolement en fond de cour et une terrasse fort appréciée. A 20 mètres de la plage et 200 d'un centre commercial. Tous les commerces nécessaires sont à proximité. Excellent accueil de Maria que nous remercions pour la gentillesse de son hospitalité.

Agradable estancia en Alghero

Apartamento muy cómodo, en primera línea de playa y a buen precio. Se encuentra un poco apartado del resto de la casa, en la que también se alquilan habitaciones (si no recuerdo mal era un Bed&Breakfast), por lo que se dispone de intimidad y tranquilidad. Está situado casi a mitad del Lido, donde ya se puede disfrutar al completo de la playa (más cerca del casco antiguo la playa no es apta para los bañistas) y no muy lejos del pinar con una playa aún más agradable y con buenos restaurantes. Nosotros alquilamos unas bicis para movernos más fácil por la ciudad, y no había ningún problema de dejarlas en el patio. Respecto al apartamento, destacar una serie de cosas: - Había mosquiteras en las ventanas, lo que resulta muy cómodo para poder dormir con las mismas abiertas. No confiarse en cualquier caso, ya que también hay mosquitos tigre que atacan por el día, y si se quiere desayunar en el patio sin acabar acribillado es bueno llevar un repelente. - Deberían actualizar la foto del patio, ya que ahora hay una mesa y sillas de bambú mucho más cómodas y bonitas que las de plástico que aparecen en la foto. - Entre los servicios indicados en la descripción no aparece conexión a Internet, pero esta si que existe y es de buena calidad. Otra cosa que deberían actualizar. Por poner algunos peros: - Apartamento bastante húmedo. Hay muchos recipientes antihumedad en el mismo, aunque deberían recargar el producto absorvente más a menudo. En cualquier caso nada excepcional pensando en un apartamento a pie de playa y en planta baja. - Se echaba de menos una mejor fregona para poder secar el suelo del baño tras la ducha y otra para la terraza, ya que esta se ensuciaba rápidamente.

Great location very helpful host

The apartment is perfectly locatated right next to the sea and a lovely stroll into town. Giovanni was super helpful, making sure we found the place with no problems and bringing us a spare pillow but then left us in peace and allowed us to check out late. There is air con in the spare bedroom which was appreciated. The beds are not the most comfy but I am picky due to bad back issues. Apartment is decorated in a lovely style.
