In front of the busy Central Market, the emblematic Santa Barbara Castle and the old town. A few steps from the beach, the port and the most commercial street in the city.
With all the comforts you will feel in your own home.
Bright and cozy apartment with a spacious and comfortable living room, dining table for six people, air conditioning, heating, 41 "screen, two large balconies where you can have an aperitif or enjoy the festivities of Alicante, such as The Three Kings Parade at Christmas, the processions of Holy Week, Carnival or the traditional Bonfires of Alicante with direct views to the cremà of the night of San Juan.
Romantic, enveloping and comfortable En suite room, large fitted wardrobe and comfortable. Two bathrooms classic style one with round tub, towels, hairdryer. Bright well equipped kitchen. Gallery with washer and dryer. In the 2nd room you can put four or five beds, cradle as needed.

Sijainti on erittäin hyvä julkisen liikenteen ja kävellen keskustaan tutustumisen kannalta. Lentokenttäbussi pysähtyy kadun toisella puolella.Toinen makuuhuone on rauhallinen. Liikenteen ja ympäristön äänet kuuluvat toiseen makuuhuoneeseen. Huoneistossa näkyy pientä fixaustarvetta ja elämisen jälkiä.

Super location, close to the train station and everything. Very nice and well equipped apartment. Parasol and games for the beach etc. We only had a little delay to get answers from the owner and some noise from the renovation of the neighbors.

Très bel appartement avec toutes les fonctionnalités et très bien placé Meublé avec bcp de goût et d'originalité, literies très confortables, clim et ventilateurs plafond, cuisine bien équipée.On a passé un très bon séjour (couple une ado)Emplacement vraiment centralTout peut se faire à pied Bus et tram juste a côté Ne pas hésiter à prendre le tram pour rejoindre plage de San juan bcp plus belle que celle du Postiguet Ana a été très réactive dès que nous avons posé des questions !Très bon séjour pour nous tous

Alicante center at it's best
We had 8 nights in the appartement.
Being in the center is just perfect, so we can walk to the beach and everything else in town.
The location is just 50m from the market on the main street - but the street noise is still surprisingly low.
There is a paid underground parking facility almost at the front door, so it is easy when renting a car.
It's a place we will keep in mind, for our next time in the city.
