"Overall a very nice stay. I would definitely stay again. The hotel is showing a bit of age in some areas, but others are nicely updated. The kitchens could be stocked better. Family of four and only 3 plate/bowls/cutlery etc. but the staff was nice and breakfast decent. Stayed as two adults with two young kids. The walk to the park was manageable. We stayed for a week in the one bedroom suite and if was a great fit for our family"

"I’ve stayed here 3 times now while going to Disneyland. Everytime the front desk, concierge, bell man, & housekeeping are always amazing. Even the people at the market are so polite and have the best coffee. I requested more Kleenex & coffee and they brought it right up. The pillows were super soft. Even the gift shop ladies were dolls. I would suggest more kid friendly room service options."

"Property and staff were great however, the walk in shower needs to have the shower doors sealed better for water that runs out into the bathroom floor. It is a safety hazard. We did tell the staff and they went up the same day and made it better, but when we left it was still leaking out into the bathroom, but not as much. The amount of water that leaks out completely soaks the floor mat. I would suggest you have at least 4 large towels and 2 smaller towels in each bathroom, I don't recall many smaller towels in the room. We would stay again, it's a nice place and we enjoyed the adult pool. It's only a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Maid service was great, very friendly and courteous."

Its centrally located for us and always smiling and willing staff. Our go to for Southern California for its shuttle, clean hotel, great staff and special touches."

"As a newly handicapped person staying in one of your accessible rooms, I was happy with the layout of the room and ability to navigate the hotel in a wheelchair. The hotel & room were clean, comfortable & quiet. My only thing is that if you book thru hotels.com you can only modify your stay thru them. You can't call the hotel and extend your stay. You would have to do a new booking. Wish this was more clear at booking and I would have booked direct w the hotel. Thanks!"
