“What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana……

“We had an amazing stay! The four-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our trip to Chicago. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming space. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication and hospitality made the entire experience even better. This apartment helped make our Chicago trip……

“My biggest issue here is the room I was given, 801. Just not a nice room at all. It's tiny, it had a stale odour, no table/chair, its gloomy, its location, it's a bathtub, not a standalone shower, the mechanics of the door.... If I can say one thing, it is that the bed was comfortable and the fixtures in the bathroom look new. It's just not a place you want to spend any time. The second issue was the length of time to get room service. After many hours of travel, I was too tired to eat out……

“Looks wise the hotel is solid, lots of lobby space, cafe in the morning was good, overall clean. The biggest issue was the terrible housekeepers who came to the room each day. They clogged our bathroom sink and there is no way to raise the stopper. The person everyday moved/ touched my toiletries bag and toothbrush. I find that inappropriate, never have I had this occur in a 5 star hotel. I didn't leave them a tip because I was pissed and they don't deserve one, I was forced to purchase a new……
