「Wonderful stay! Great location! Staff and amenities were fantastic! I forgot my iPad in my room when I checked out and luckily remembered it before I left. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Completely worth the money!」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「We had requested for a 2pm checking but they gave us the room at 4pm and the normal checkin time is 3pm. Also the next day they did nit clean the room and we had requested that the beds and bathroom needs to be cleaned. They cleaned the room but left. Soaking wet towel on the bed. Little disappointed with our stay.」

「Staff was so professional and polite, however the elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor…. They did take us up to our room with our bags in the service elevator however it was stairs anytime we wanted to leave the property during our stay. Not tragic situation, but also not ideal. Also, the gym was closed for renovation so I guess using the stairs made up for that, lol. Definitely wasn’t a terrible stay but I probably wouldn’t choose it again.」

「Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. 」

「Location is convenient for the local bus transit, walking distance to Wrigley, well maintained property, comfortable beds, gym with sauna and hot tub was a nice amenity, and breakfast had a n good selection .」

「At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. The entire room felt like it hadn’t seen sunlight in a long time. I rarely leave reviews, but the condition of the facilities here was truly disappointing. That said, I do want...
