Hotel is in a good location close to magnificent mile. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Hotel room was a lot smaller than I anticipated but it was okay for the weekend. They give you free alcohol vouchers to be cashed at their bar downstairs by the lobby, however everytime I went to try to cash the voucher their was no one behind the bar counter.

Decided to stay this past weekend as I live in the south suburbs and attended WNBA All Star games and events all weekend, so staying here made things easier instead of me driving back and forth the entire weekend. My friend was here from Florida and enjoyed the room and hotel as well. It was in a great and central location in River North. The room, atmosphere, staff and hotel as a whole was very peaceful, quiet and comfortable. I also loved how it was within walking distance of a lot. I’m a Chicago native and never knew anything about this hotel but I’ve definitely added it to my list for future references and will gladly recommend it to others as well.

I feel very glad my husband and I chose Felix Hotel for our stay in Chicago during early June. The location was great for our purposes, there were plenty of food options near by and the complementary fruit and coffee/tea in the morning was very helpful to get our day started. We felt specially welcomed by Crystal at the front desk. Her friendly personality will be forever remembered as one of the highlights of a wonderful trip.
