At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. The entire room felt like it hadn’t seen sunlight in a long time. I rarely leave reviews, but the condition of the facilities here was truly disappointing. That said, I do want to highlight that every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, good service alone cannot make up for the poor state of the accommodations.

It has everything close by, you don’t need a car if you are just walking in the magnificent mile and if you’re going to see something outside the tourist area, you can take the subway just 2 blocks away from there. Love it in there!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni Hotel in Chicago. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to do, and it made exploring the city so easy. The hotel itself was beautiful, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The only downside was the housekeeping. The maids only made the bed but didn’t do a thorough job of cleaning the room each day, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I’d still recommend the Omni Chicago for its great location and comfort, but I hope the housekeeping service improves to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

While the room was perfect and the staff was so helpful, it’s hard to believe there was no microwave in the room for the price paid. Really though that’s my only issue. The hotel was comfortable and near pretty much everything.

OK Why you should stay here? No need for a car, excellent amenities, Marion is the best checking you in and next to Harry Potter if that’s your thing! Personally I prefer Ralph Lauren for lunch but that’s me. Walked to Grant Park for the House Music Fest. Dining rooftop at the Godfrey. Look it’s central accessible and like home. Late night coffee was the topper. Be at home…

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy.

Loud elevator can hear from room, very noisy Nextdoor guests slamming door all night. Room old outdated. Shower curtain dingy, pillows/cases old, dusty vents, dusty lamps, stained couch. Location great.

The Omni Chicago Hotel was perfect for us. We enjoyed the suite, could walk to many restaurants and shopping areas, and felt safe throughout our stay. We will return!

The room was not cleaned on the fourth day of our stay. When we found that out as we returned to the room at 6 pm and claimed it to the receptionist, he said if we hang the do not disturb sign and we said no, and he said all the staff is gone by 4:30pm and they can’t do anything. That is not our problem nor our concern whether they let the staff go by 4:30 without doing their job, but he made it look as if it were our fault. It was very unpleasant.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated. Every day there was a fun surprise waiting in the lobby, whether it was ice cream, champagne, or another thoughtful treat which made our stay feel extra special. The property itself was clean, stylish, and perfect for our group. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality and service we received. Truly an amazing stay and we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We loved this property. Our friends had a suite as did we. They had an amazing view to Lake Michigan. The staff was terrific, from check in, to 4 th level restaurant and bar(we had a wonderful bartender), to the attentive hospitality of the bellman ans housekeepers. Highly recommend!!
