Was told the night before that I could leave my bag in the store room for a couple of hours but on the checkout the other porter told me no, there was no space for my back pack! "Most kind and amazing management and staff Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi-only one in downtown Austin. Unfortunately, we had several disappointments. The room was super small and no coffee or tea in the room. The elevators were having problems There are 3 elevators and only 1 of them was working to serve 16 floors Then, one day, the only operating elevator also stopped working!
